Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your dashboard in one click. Stripe handles the prorated balance instantly on your next invoice.
What is an agent memory?
A memory is a discrete, structured piece of knowledge: an architectural decision, client pricing cap, brand voice invariant, or bug fix. Your agent automatically logs them during work, or captures them from git commits. We use precision decay curves and prompt slots so your AI never gets overwhelmed by bloated transcript dumps.
Can my team share rules and brand guidelines?
Yes. On the Team plan, you can pin company-wide standards (such as maximum discount policies, client confidentiality invariants, or code patterns). These standards are locked at 1.0 strength and automatically injected into every team member's AI agent.
Do you train models on my skills or memories?
Never. Your skills, memories, and code diffs are encrypted and stored in the EU. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it.
Can I switch AI models without losing my context?
Yes. That is the whole point of SkillVault. Whether you work with Claude 3.7, GPT-4o, DeepSeek, or a local open-source model via Ollama, your skills and memories stay with you.
Where is my data stored?
All metadata and vector embeddings are hosted on managed PostgreSQL in the EU with encryption at rest and in transit. Skill bodies are securely kept in encrypted S3-compatible cloud storage.
What happens if I delete a skill?
Deleting a skill frees up its slot immediately. We hold the historical revisions for 30 days in case you want to restore it.
